Marketing Policy for GentleWays for OurPlanet

 

Introduction

At GentleWays (GW) for OurPlanet, we use marketing to convey GW’s messages to various external audiences, in support of GW’s vision and mission. All of our communications, including our promotional campaigns are guided by GW’s Code of Values and Ethics and Marketing Policy. We always do our best to act in a manner that honours the goals and reputation of GW, that respects all relevant applicable laws (e.g., in Canada, The Competition Act), and supports the common good.

Application 

This policy applies to any and all GW’s marketing plans, strategies, campaigns or messages on any medium and at any time.

Ethical/legal Framework

GW shall act at all times in accordance with the relevant marketing legal framework and in accordance with the highest ethical communication standards.

All GW marketing, communication products and messages must be:

  • Based on facts, research findings or established professional experience
  • Socially responsible
  • Respectful of diversity
  • Always in good faith
  • Accurate
